– Use Markdown formatting to clean up the structure - Run It Through OpenAI or Claude
– Auto-generate subject lines, preview text, and body content - Convert It to HTML
– Get it email-ready for HighLevel - Send It via the HighLevel API
– Drop it into your campaign or fire off a broadcast
🚨 This was all scheduled. Fully automated. No human hands touching a single draft.
Real Talk: HighLevel’s API Still Needs Some Love
Here’s where things got real.
HighLevel’s API isn’t always perfectly documented. (Yeah, I said it.)
Mario showed how he got around that using:

🧪 Manual endpoint testing – to figure out how to actually create templates
💡 Patience + curiosity – because sometimes, that’s just what it takes
The big takeaway? Don’t wait for “perfect” tools—use the ones you’ve got and build around them.
