A LOT of people ask me:
“Hey, I want to try HighLevel, but my entire store is in WooCommerce, and I don’t want to waste time moving everything over.”
Well, guess what? You don’t have to worry about that.
HighLevel makes it stupidly easy to connect your WooCommerce store and import everything—contacts, orders, transactions—in minutes.
Yep. You can do it in less than 3 minutes.
Let me show you how.
Step 1: Access WooCommerce Integration in HighLevel
Within a sub-account, head over to:
Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce
Easy, right? Let’s keep going.
Step 2: Connect Your WooCommerce Store
- Click “Connect”
- Enter your store’s URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com—no trailing slash!)
- Hit Next
Boom. Store connected.
Step 3: Choose What to Import
Once your store is connected, you’ll see an Import Elements screen.
Here’s what you can pull in:
✅ Contacts – Your customer list
✅ Orders – Every single sale you’ve made
✅ Transactions – Payment records
Pick what you want, then move to the next step.
Step 4: Set Up Syncing (So Your Data Stays Updated)
Now, let’s make sure your HighLevel account automatically syncs new data from WooCommerce.
You can choose to continuously sync:
🔄 Contacts (New customers? Instantly added to HighLevel.)
🔄 Orders (All new purchases will reflect in HighLevel.)
🔄 Transactions (Stay on top of payments.)
🔄 Triggers (Set up automations for new orders and payments.)
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save.
Step 5: Manage & Reimport Data Anytime
- Want to update your imports? You can enable or disable syncing anytime.
- Need to start fresh? Disconnect and reconnect the integration to reimport data.
And that’s it. Your WooCommerce store is now fully connected to HighLevel! 🎉
Some Key Things to Know
✅ Multiple sub-accounts in the same agency can connect to the same WooCommerce store.
❌ But a WooCommerce store can only be linked to ONE agency.
✅ Even if Contact Sync is OFF, customers from new orders will still be created in HighLevel.
✅ Guest checkouts? They’ll be added as contacts, but won’t sync updates.
How WooCommerce Order Statuses Sync to HighLevel
- Completed or Refunded → Marked as Completed in HighLevel
- Cancelled or Failed → Marked as Cancelled in HighLevel
- All other statuses → Marked as Pending in HighLevel
