Step 5: Manage & Reimport Data Anytime

  • Want to update your imports? You can enable or disable syncing anytime.
  • Need to start fresh? Disconnect and reconnect the integration to reimport data.

Some Key Things to Know

Multiple sub-accounts in the same agency can connect to the same WooCommerce store.
But a WooCommerce store can only be linked to ONE agency.
Even if Contact Sync is OFF, customers from new orders will still be created in HighLevel.
Guest checkouts? They’ll be added as contacts, but won’t sync updates.

How WooCommerce Order Statuses Sync to HighLevel

  • Completed or Refunded → Marked as Completed in HighLevel
  • Cancelled or Failed → Marked as Cancelled in HighLevel
  • All other statuses → Marked as Pending in HighLevel
