You just closed a massive roofing company on your SaaS offer. They are thrilled to use your system to handle their high-ticket inbound calls. You set up the Voice AI agent and push it live.
The very next day, a homeowner calls with a massive roof leak. They are stressed, panicked, and need immediate help. Your AI answers, but it sounds like a cold, glitchy robot from a 1990s sci-fi movie.
The homeowner gets completely frustrated by the lack of empathy and hangs up. Your client loses a twenty-thousand-dollar roof replacement because your digital receptionist lacked a human touch.
A great-sounding agent builds immediate trust. If your bot sounds robotic, your conversion rates will plummet. HighLevel just expanded its Voice AI catalog and integrated custom voice imports directly from ElevenLabs. You can now perfectly match the tone, accent, and language to your exact audience. Let’s get your agent sounding human.
Part 1: Access the Voice Catalog
Ready to streamline this? Here is exactly how to do it in 60 seconds:
- Navigate to the left navigation bar and choose AI Agents.
- Select the Voice AI tab on the top ribbon.
- Click into your Agent List from the secondary top navigation ribbon.
- Locate the specific agent you want to update and click its name to open the Agent Details.
Part 2: Browse and Compare Native Voices
You need to find a voice that matches your brand vibe perfectly.
- Click on the name of your in-use voice to launch the Voice Selection module.
- Use the Voice In-use banner pinned at the top to easily compare your current voice against new options.
- Open the Library tab to browse over 340 high-quality voices.
- Use the filters to narrow down the exact Language, Accent, and Gender you need.
- Toggle the High Quality Only switch to ensure the most natural output.
- Click the voice card to select your favorite option and hit the blue Save Voice button.

Part 3: Import Custom Voices (ElevenLabs)
Sometimes you need a highly specific sound that the native library does not have. You can import up to 10 custom voices directly from ElevenLabs for your entire agency.
- In the Voice Selection screen, navigate to the My Voices tab and click Add Custom Voice.
- A pop-up will appear. Browse the available ElevenLabs voices or search for a specific tone.
- Click Play to preview the voice.
- If you already have an ElevenLabs Voice ID, paste it directly into the search bar.
- Select your perfect match and click Import Voice.
- Click the blue Save Voice button to assign this custom voice to your agent.
Part 4: Select the Right Voice Model
You have total control over the brain powering the voice.
- Next to the voice selection, click Voice Model.
- Choose a specific model to balance voice quality, latency, and per-minute cost.
- If you want the system to handle the heavy lifting, simply leave it on Auto.
- Click the blue Save button to lock in all your changes.
- Place a test call using the Test Your Agent widget to verify the new voice in real time.
Stop letting robotic voices kill your high-ticket deals. Customize your AI agent and start building instant trust with every single caller.

Cool Free Thing
Before a local business owner signs a massive retainer with your agency, they need to know you are not just another amateur.
Trust is the only currency that matters in sales. Legitimate client testimonials print that currency on demand.
The issue is that most operators have no system for this. They casually ask for reviews and let their best success stories vanish into the ether, completely wasting their best conversion assets.
I am giving you the exact, automated machine my team uses to consistently capture, refine, and deploy client wins so you are armed to the teeth for your next pitch.
