- Log into your sub-account and verify you have the proper permissions. (If you do not see the option, ask your admin to grant you Voice AI access).
- Navigate to the AI Agents tab and click on Voice AI.
- Click the + Create Agent button.
- You have a choice: build from scratch or select a prebuilt agent directly from the Marketplace.
- Choose your preferred method and click Continue.
