  1. From your left navigation bar, click on AI Agents.
  2. Select the Voice AI tab located on the top ribbon.
  3. Click into your Agent List from the secondary navigation ribbon.
  4. Find the specific agent you want to upgrade and click its name to open the Agent Details.

Part 2: Audition the Native Library

You need a voice that perfectly matches your client’s brand vibe.

  1. Click on the name of the current in-use voice to launch the Voice Selection module.
  2. Use the Voice In-use banner pinned at the top to compare your current voice against new options in real time.

  3. If you already have a specific sound in mind, copy the exact ElevenLabs Voice ID and paste it directly into the search bar.
  4. Select your target voice and hit Import Voice.
  5. Click the blue Save Voice button at the bottom to assign this new persona to your agent.

  1. Next to the voice setting in the builder, click Voice Model.
