- From your left navigation bar, click on AI Agents.
- Select the Voice AI tab located on the top ribbon.
- Click into your Agent List from the secondary navigation ribbon.
- Find the specific agent you want to upgrade and click its name to open the Agent Details.

- Click on the name of the current in-use voice to launch the Voice Selection module.
