Here’s the scenario: Perhaps you want to test your HighLevel campaign steps instantly without waiting for the scheduled time delays. Good news! You can “walk” yourself (or a test lead) through the campaign, manually pushing the campaign steps, bypassing scheduled delays. This will save you time and allow you to quickly walk through a HighLevel campaign.

Creating a Test Contact

Step 1: Create a contact record for yourself.

Step 2: Add yourself to the campaign you wish to test.

“Pushing” yourself through the campaign steps

Step 1: Navigate to the Campaign page in your HighLevel menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: In your list of Campaigns, click on the “Total” number.

Step 3: Find yourself or you test contact, and on the right side there will be several small icons. Click on the icon of the gray person running to manually “push” yourself through the steps. You will progress through each next step for every time you click on the icon.
