- Log in to your HighLevel account.
- From the left-hand menu, click on AI Agents.
- In the top navigation bar, select Voice AI.
Part 2: Select Your Digital Employee
You need to tell the system exactly which agent is getting the upgrade.
- You can click + Create Agent to build a brand new bot, or choose an active employee from your Agent List.
- To modify an existing bot, click directly on the agent’s name, or click the three-dot menu next to the agent and select Edit.
Part 3: Attach the Number Pool

- Inside the agent editor, click on the Phone & Availability tab.
- Locate the section explicitly labeled Phone Number / Number Pool.

- Click the Save button. Your selected number pool is now successfully assigned, and your single agent will automatically field calls from every number in that collection.
