Problem #1: Stripe is Offering Weird Payment Options
One agency asked, “How do I remove ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ options like Afterpay from my HighLevel checkout?”
Great question—especially if you’re trying to keep things simple and professional.
Mario’s take:
“There’s no setting inside HighLevel to disable Afterpay directly. You’ll need to go straight to Stripe and request that feature be disabled for your account.”
✅ Pro move: Use Stripe’s chat support. They’re fast and will manually turn off whatever options you don’t want clients seeing.
Problem #2: “Where the heck do I find my Agency ID for API stuff?”
Another user needed to locate their agency ID for an external integration—but couldn’t find it anywhere in the UI.
Mario’s ninja tip:
“Use developer tools in your browser. Open Inspect → Network tab → refresh the page while logged into HighLevel, and you’ll see the agency ID in the request headers.”

Problem #3: Should I Give My VA Full Admin Access?
Short answer? NOPE.
It’s tempting to give your virtual assistant full access to help speed things up—but one wrong click and your entire system can get wrecked.
Mario’s advice:
“Use custom roles and permissions to limit access. Only give admin access to people who truly need it—and ideally, only to people who understand the platform inside and out.”
