If your pricing strategy is just “let’s charge less than the competition,” then congrats—you’ve just signed up for the fastest path to burnout.

And I get it. When you’re just starting out with SaaS (or SWAS, or agency services powered by HighLevel), it feels easier to close deals when you’re the cheapest option on the table.

But here’s what I’ve learned: clients don’t actually want “cheap.”

So today, I’m going to walk you through how I think about value-based pricing, and how you can structure your offers to actually make money while delivering an insane amount of value.

Price Based on Value, Not on What You Think They’ll Pay

I used to price services based on what I thought clients could afford.

But that’s the wrong question.

The right question is:

👉 What is the result I’m helping this client get, and what is that worth to them?

Example: If your HighLevel setup is going to bring in 10–20 new qualified leads per month, and your client closes 1 out of every 5 at $2,000 per sale. 

That’s $4,000–$8,000 in monthly revenue.

So yeah, your $297/mo CRM package is more than fair. In fact, it’s a steal. 

But you need to frame it that way when you pitch it.
