⚠️ Pro tip: Don’t confuse your agency ID with your relationship ID—they’re not the same.

2. Assigning Users with Pre-Built Roles

No more copying and pasting user data manually. Use N8n to assign users to the right locations dynamically—with roles and permissions baked in. It’s plug, play, and done.

3. Updating Custom Values Like a Boss

HighLevel’s API lets you update custom values, but the magic is in mapping those fields to the right client data. Mario used a .map() function (yes, that’s code—but chill, it’s simple) to auto-align fields with survey inputs.
